Waiter Derby 2012
The Kurfürstendamm is celebrating its birthday. Reason enough to resurrect the derby which was an annual event in the 1950s. The best of Berlin's catering, hotel and brewing workers will be heading out, as well trained brewers, for this traditional race.
- Waiters, bearing trays at a running pace.
- Cooks, racing with soup cups.
- Brewers, vying with beer crates.
- Waitresses running with coffee trays.
- Pages carrying cases whilst running for the line.
- Barmixers mixing cocktails on the go.
